Offering the best possible service to our clients is important to us. By developing and maintaining a good working relationship with our clients, The Website People have been able to provide the best possible service in the quickest time and at a reasonable price.

Initial Meeting & Brief

We will talk with you, either face to face or over the telephone about your project to establish a brief or that we can work to. We will then produce a project proposal document to include requirements and costs for development.

Design

Upon receipt of payment, a set of visual images of how your website will look to the end user will be produced. These visuals can then be tweaked until we can establish the right look for your website, at which point development can begin.

Development & Feedback

After the design has been established, we can then begin building your website. You will provide us with the content to include on your website, which will be built and shown to you so that you can provide feedback.

Domain Name & Hosting

Once you are happy, the website can then go live! You may have your own hosting space and domain name that will accommodate your website, or you may need help with this. We can buy your domain and host your website for a small annual fee.

Maintenance

Our service doesn't end once your website is live. We can maintain your website for you after it has gone live and make changes as and when you need them for a flat hourly rate.
